Indian Moto Adventures

1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm your seat.
• Full payment must be completed before the expedition start date.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking.


2. Cancellation Policy

• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Partial refund (excluding booking fee).
• Cancellation within 30 days: No refund.
• In case of natural calamity, road closure, political unrest, or force majeure, itinerary changes may occur without liability.


3. Rider Responsibility

• Riders must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Riders must be physically fit for high-altitude riding.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
• Riding gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, boots) is mandatory.


4. Risk Acknowledgment

Motorcycle expeditions in the Himalayas involve inherent risks including but not limited to:
• High altitude sickness
• Road hazards
• Weather changes
• Mechanical failures

By booking, participants accept full responsibility for these risks.


5. Itinerary Changes

Due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns, Indian Moto Adventures reserves the right to modify routes, accommodation, or schedule.


6. Damage & Liability

• Riders are responsible for any major damage caused due to negligence.
• Indian Moto Adventures is not liable for personal loss, injury, theft, or damage to personal belongings.


7. Code of Conduct

• Respect local culture and environment.
• No reckless riding or endangering other riders.
• Follow instructions of ride captain at all times.
